  I contacted CIS Construction Install Services for a new residential mailbox installation. I called several companies and didn’t receive a response. I found CIS through a search and was relieved to get an immediate response with pricing and, best of all, an immediate appointment! Cost was very reasonable. The technician arrived on time and the installation went smoothly, without any issues. The new mailbox looks great. I highly recommend their services.

  The work is great quality and can’t beat the price. Used them twice for two different services and both were done in fashionable manner. Nick is an awesome owner who takes pride in his company and goes above and beyond to make things work. I will use them again whenever I have an issue.

  I hired this company to do a junk removal and re-key of a property I purchased. They did a good job finishing on time and completing in full. I was never invoiced until about 4 months after the job took place. I told the rep I would prefer to pay by card and she followed up saying another rep would email me the invoice to pay electronically. Again, never received the invoice. Then a few months later (now around month 10), I reached out with a new job. They replied saying I still had an outstanding unpaid invoice so I immediately picked up the phone to speak with a live person, I paid by card over the phone. I then followed up to ask about the new job, and they said they would not work with me any longer because I had an outstanding unpaid invoice for over 6 months. I sent an email explaining the time line...never received a response. I called a rep to get an explanation and the only answer I got was, "The owner Nick is pretty pissed about the long outstanding invoice. I explained the timeline was an accurate representation but he still doesn't think we are in the wrong." Long story short, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY that will own up to their mistakes. This company's billing/invoicing dept is a joke as well as the ownership it seems.
