  Rude and disrespectful staff. Had a worker hang up on me because I asked her to call the place where they ordered a key fob because it was really late. She hung up on me. Called back manager was nonchalant didn't apologize or address the situation. I will NOT patronize a place that disrespected me. Went in got my refund, again no apology or mention of the event. YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN GET MONEY FROM ME MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS

  Apparently an employee was programming someone’s key fob in the parking lot with their driver’s door wide open blocking one of the handicap spots from being pulled into. When asked to close the door they refused to saying was not able to program the fob this way. All we asked was to close it to pull into spot long enough. This goes against ADA!
