  We’ve used Brownies for our business multiple times and they’ve been great. Today was an exceptional experience. Without going into details, I’m so impressed with how the locksmith handled a situation at our business today. I wish I could remember his name to give him full credit but I’m sure if he reads this he will know it’s him! They are always affordable, upfront, fast, and available. Would definitely recommend it!

  My wife has used Brownies for her real estate business. When we got locked out of our house they were our first call. We were impressed by the level of service we received from Jared who came after hours to help us get back into our home. Despite the late hour he was kind and helpful and rekeyed our doors without hesitation. We would recommend Brownies for any lock and or security needs. Thanks again.

  I don’t actually know what the service is like, however I’m disappointed that the hours listed aren’t followed. I drove across the valley and arrived at 10 after 5pm making sure to get there before they closed at 5:30 as listed on the store and online. It was lights out closed. I guess be aware hours may vary.
