  I ordered a set of keys for my Ford F1 50 from amazon.com and took them to another business in town and they were able to cut the keys and get them to start the vehicle but could not program the head units. I call Brooks lock and key and they told me to just come in at any time and they would do it. Upon entering the business they were very professional and gather the necessary information needed to program the keys. The technician took my original key and programmed both keys so that the remote head worked all of his functions in less than two minutes he was completed. I’ll give these guys a five star rating because of their professionalism and knowledge of the business. I will recommend Brooks lock and key to anyone else that might need the service. Keep up the good work guys.

  I lost my motorcycle key and called several locksmiths and they couldn't help.. Brook's Lock & Key made me 2 keys for only 25 dollars! This is a great business! We need more business like thos that are there to help and not charge an arm and a leg.

  We had lost the spare car key and asked Brook's to make a duplicate. However, the lock in the car door wasn't working smoothly with either the original or the duplicate, but it did work. The gentleman at Brook's took the time to lubricate and exercise the lock - in blowing, drizzling rain, and near freezing temps - until he was satisfied it worked as it should. THAT is wonderful customer service. Thank you again!
