A guy named Shawn came out for us on Saturday when we locked our keys in the house. He was here within 15 minutes. He was super nice, efficient, and quick. The whole process took less than half an hour and the price was reasonable. We would recommend this service to our friends and family. Excellent.

They had to remove the lock from my vehicle in order to make a door key. It was determined that both keys that came with my truck were defective. Only took about 30 minutes to make a proper key that worked both the door and ignition and the price was reasonable! Would definitely recommend them based upon this pleasant experience!

Ignition lock cylinder went out on my jeep, called them the same day, talked to Joel. Amazing customer service from Joel, very respectful and patient with my 20 questions. Gave me a few tips, told me what I would need to do before they came out. I ended up changing the lock cylinder myself, but still needed a key reprogrammed so gave them a call again, Joel and another guy came within the hour, then 10 minutes later the jeep was ready to drive. Essentially, they didn't have to do much, but the customer service from Joel was pleasant and somewhat educational since I had never done this before. Will definitely be a returning customer, would rate higher if I could.

I have to agree with Angel Weaver  -  this company will definitely keep you waiting, unable to give you any prices till you pay their fee to come out. We waited an hour and a half for their technician, to only tell me he was still on the same job making the same key and it was going to be an x amount of time longer. Definitely recommend this company if you have nothing else better to do with your day than to wait!
