  Left my headlights on and ended up with a fully drained battery. Called 2 other tow companies in the hopes of getting a jump. Both were slammed and the second suggested Bobcats. There was no hesitation when I called. Just a “how can I help you and I’ll text you so you can text me your location”. He was fast, courteous, and accommodating. The battery was fully drained and non-responsive to a jump. He was able to provide us with an alternative on the spot that allowed us to get on the road quickly. Would suggest to anyone who needs quick roadside assistance.

  Do not trust these people. They swindled my daughter out of 800$ saying it was tensioner belt. When the car still didn’t started after they “fixed it” he then stated it was a head gasket. We had it towed to a reputable mechanic and he said the timing belt was shredded, which any mechanic would have seen if they took a basic auto shop class! He then wouldn’t return the keys (took 48 hours to get them) and it took multiple phone calls to finally get him to at least put it on his mat at his place of business. He took advantage of a 19 year old college student and treated her horribly. Beware if you ever decide to use them!

  Same review from same person 3rd time different name I’m sorry you feel that way we didn’t scam you out of money. When you called you said serpentine belt, tensioner and pulleys were bad we verified we ordered parts and even offered to lend you a car. Now having that car with no engine oil and in such bad conditions caused your engine to go bad. We fixed and diagnosed your issues with firsts issue.l

  Complete scammers. Will convince you to spend more than need be. Spent over $800 and my car still does not work. Completely unprofessional and not to mention rude. Took me two days to get my car key back after they said they would bring it to me, had to take an uber to pick up the keys from this guys house. Again, my car still does not work! You’re better off getting it towed to a shop. Do not use their service!

  I’m sorry you feel that way we didn’t scam you out of money. When you called you said serpentine belt, tensioner and pulleys were bad we verified we ordered parts and even offered to lend you a car. Now having that car with no engine oil and in such bad conditions caused your engine to go bad. We fixed and diagnosed your issues with firsts issue. The car will not turn on without a serpentine belt you and I agreed. I offered to take parts off and get money refunded for parts but you refused. I’m sorry you are having additional issues with your car but we did what we were asked to do. We suggested other ideas you said no. Please be honest and truthful that will only help you.
