  Bob was extremely rude! Apparently someone in the strip mall that I have my business in owed him money, and he said he needed $75 for a service charge for a past install. I said that was strange, but asked if I could give him my credit card number over the phone to take care of it. He said “No, I don’t do business with you people.” (Whatever that means) And hung up on me. I called him back to explain that I was willing to pay the extra fee and he hung up on me again. Not sure what “kind of people” he’s willing to do business with but I haven’t been treated that poorly in a very long time. Don’t call him! There are plenty of other professional and better priced locksmiths to chose from. 0 outta 5 starts for this guy.

  I needed locks on a family member's house re-keyed ASAP. Bob was able to be at the house within 40 minutes. Very professional and courteous! Recommend this business!

  Locked myself out of my house a couple days after moving in and Bob came to help me out! He's a genuinely nice guy and very professional and flexible.
