  Amazing service. I went in to get a key duplicated on 3/14/22. The gentleman there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of me within minutes and the price was unbeatable. I will only go here for key services from now on. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. My key works perfectly.

  BEST Reliable service, called again for niebor who was really stuck!! Locking oneself outside home is a bit of shock. I lost my keys between my parking spot and my apartment entry. Bill's answered the phone right away and said it take an hour to get to me. 30 minutes later I was in my home. Ready for a good night's rest for early meeting the next morning with hospice. Who is stepping in help care for my elderly mother with COVID. To say I am grateful is an understatement - I don't have the words! :)Thank so much Bill's Key Shop, on the same corner, as long as I can remember.

  Succeeded where others failed. I got locked out of my car and I had two other companies in Madison come out and look at the car just to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to unlock the car. I called Bill’s Key shop and they were confident they could do it, they were fast, and they were pleasant. I can’t recommend this business enough for locked cars, it’s the real deal.
