First time going to Bilco Safe & Lock. I needed a new transponder key for an 08' Corolla (this is a year that can't be self programmed). Programmed and cut for a reasonable price.

The great people at Bilco helped me solve a problem with my vehicle lock and didn't even charge me money for it; amazing service and people. I will definitely visit again and hopefully buy something this time :-)

Brenton Wormley was very helpful in fixing an outside door knob and charging me very little as well as taking care of my other bolt needs for something else.  Great customer service!

Went in to get a commercial door knob the employees are very helpful and very nice. Bilco is the only place locally that seems to have everything you need to fix your locks and keys. They saved me 500 dollars on this project and advice on how to fix all my problems. I ended up with a much nicer door lock at a better price. This company is awesome. I am glad we still have a local locksmith that employ such great people.

They are always quick and professional when I come in even if you live out of the way it is well worth the drive

I broke my mail key in two and took it to Bilco to replace. (I had both pieces) They made a copy of the key for a very reasonably price and finished within 5 minutes! And, the key works! I'm sure the rest of their work is just as great.

I went and got my car key cut and it didnt unlock my door so i tried it in the ignition to see if it would start it and it went in and will start but the key is stuck in my ignition and cant get it out very displeased with who ever did my cut

I called on a Saturday morning around 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM - let my door lock behind me and my keys were inside.  Once I called Bilco, my call was answered and they were at my home within 20 minutes (tops).  Dave was professional, kind, non-judgmental and pretty fast.  While he was there I asked if he could make me a key for my shed, which was opened, but I didn't have a key for the lock.  He said sure, and asked if I would just like it rekeyed to work with my home deadbolt, he did that within 5 minutes.  Would I use them again?  YES without a doubt.  Far and honest pricing, no supprises.

They were great! I bent the key to my motorcycle on accident. I had another shop that wasn’t sure if they could fix my key, and said there was a good chance it would break if they straightened it. If it broke they’d have to charge extra to get the key code from the factory. The guys at Bilco straightened it free of charge and made me a new key for 8 bucks. I was happy enough to leave the guys a tip as well!

I was having a problem with my key, not working very good in the ignition, these guys worked for over 40 minutes on making a key that works like new, thank you for everything, your the best :)
