  The customer service was excellent, and they promptly returned my call. After ten minutes, a locksmith arrived and repaired the lock on my residence. They come highly recommended from me.

  Horrible service and tried to make me pay for a service that they never did. After my wife locked her keys in the car, I called Armor Locksmith to assist in unlocking the car. They said they'd call her within a few minutes of ending the call. 20 minutes later, still nothing. I called back again and they said the technician would call immediately after this time. Another 15 minutes go by and they still haven't called. At this point we'd called Orem Lock (who were great by the way) and I called Armor again to cancel the service. When I told them that we used another company, they asked me to pay a $23 service fee for the technician's time! They never even sent out a technician! Once I brought that up they said "okay we'll cancel the service for you." Again, horrible service and can't believe they'd try to make me pay a fee for nothing. If you need any locksmith services use Orem Lock.

  I couldn't find my key anywhere in my flat. When all else failed, I called a slew of locksmiths. The first one to arrive came in at a reasonable fee.
