2004 f150 had to get my truck key reprogram they was at my house with in 25 minutes when I called wonderful people

You loose alot of services if you don't do a wide variety. Gave them a call only to find out that can't make a key.

After being without my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks while it was in the shop, my new engine computer was delivered a day early.  I hurried to the post office to retrieve my package and headed straight to my mechanic who installed the new part.  We tried the steps I had found online to reprogram my transponder key with no success.  I reluctantly called a local locksmith who advised me that "I HAD to take it to the dealership".  I hung up with them and immediately called Bethlehem Lock and Key!  This SHOULD have been the ONLY call I made.  I spoke with a very nice lady who took some information from me.  Her husband then took over the call and ask the questions he needed to before collecting the address and heading our way.  The wait was short and the work he performed was fast and efficient!!!  I was like a kid on Christmas morning who had received EVERYTHING on their list to Santa.  They are FAST, FRIENDLY (I even discovered that Mrs. Garrett was the cousin of one of my previous sister in laws), and VERY EFFICIENT!!!  Within 15 minutes, he had my key reprogrammed AND a spare key made!!!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!

I've used Bethlehem Lock & Key a few times and found them to be quick and courteous.  Their prices seem to be very fair

Locked myself out of our new house 12/23/19 fairly late that evening. When I called they had just gotten home for the day and insisted on coming out anyways. They were there in about 15 min and 2seconds later had me back inside. They also made me 3 new Keys free of charge. We’re contacting them tomorrow about installing deadbolts. Will never call anyone else! Awesome people!

Business been in Barrow County a while. I lost my key. From the time i placed the call and actually got my key in hand approximately hour and half. They were only ones that quoted me a price up front. I will use them all the time from here on out.

I had a problem with my anti theft system on my truck and after 2 days of failed attempts, frustration, and disappointment I visited these guys at their store. I had good experiences with the couple on a couple occurrences but this one took the cake. They not only followed me out to my truck but they did everything they could to ensure that my problem was correctly diagnosed. Not only were they personable and cool but they saved me over a hundred bucks doing stuff that other lock Smith's had quoted me over $90 to do even if it didn't work plus $40 just to pull up. Thank you guys I'm sorry I didn't get your names but future business and referrals will always be to you guys

Friendly professional folks running and honest local business! I had 15 keys cut and everyone worked perfectly! In and out without wasting any time. Will definitely use them again!
