  Needed copies of 3 keys for a camper. 2 keys were made and 1 was mailed. Somehow the 2 keys at the store were identical and not I’d 2 different keys. The 1 that was mailed came pretty quickly. I reported the duplicate key issue and the company quickly reimbursed me the cost of the key. So overall I am happy with the service I received.

  The locksmith arrived in under an hour and had a new key made for me in 15 minutes. They made a very stressful situation feel simple and easy. Pricing was discussed before hand, and there were no hidden fees. I will definitely use this company again if need be

  Guy was supposed to be here at 10 Sunday then Monday at 9 and got here at 1:15 monday. He was very nice and quick once he arrived. I payed a fee for Easter Sunday service instead of a regular weekday rate but did not get service till Monday at 1:15. I would appreciate a refund to pay for a normal weekday rate of normal business hrs?
