  A couple of weeks ago, I was in Sarasota and my key fob died and shea come out and masterfully with great patience answer all my questions and made sure I understood before preceding to unlock my freedom to drive, by creating my new key, and explaining the whole process at 12am, thank you Shea..

  The gentleman that showed up took over 2 hours to get to me. When I was told on the phone it would be about an hour. It's really the only downfall. I was stuck outside waiting for a lot longer than I was anticipating. He unlocked my car door in about 30 seconds. They can definitely do the service but just make sure you have some time to sit and wait.
