  Worst business ever. Enter a home to tell the customer they can’t do what should have been cleared up over the phone and they charge for a call anyway. Very poor communication when initially called to ask for a service. Have never experienced this poor business practice. I am amending this review because Gabriel called us directly the next morning to correct the situation. We discussed the entire episode and he was extremely apologetic and courteous. We appreciate this degree of concern and service from a business. We are still not impressed with the fact that this couldn’t have been handled over the phone, but our service call was refunded and there is something to be said about that. Thank you Gabriel, much appreciated.

I had listened to the calls between your husband and my technician Xavier and he did say that we charge to come out plus pricing for the required service. But no worries I’d like you to be happy and make it right for you so My general manager Gabriel is investigating the situation further and will give you a call after 10am this morning.   I never had a car key with a chip break in half like that, but no matter, Adam arrived on time and was ready to make it work for me! Very efficient and fast service that showed the quality of the company. Thanks Adam 👍
