  They damaged our new car key when we brought it in to make a copy. It didn't work and we found out that it was cut too deep.. When we confronted them about it, they blamed it on us and refused to refund..Very unprofessional people!

  Did not replace anything just charged me 240 dollars and then made more keys to pass out. Claims he is a catfish expert. Maybe they could use him on there show. To show their side and then when I called to say the employees were stealing more. He hung up on me.

  Couldn't make a copy of a key. He tried but could not. Never offered a refund. Went to Outdoor supply and their machine made a perfect copy of the key.
