These guys repaired a shattered iPhone screen for me. When I called to ask if they do that, they told me to book the appointment online to save $10! Every single one of these staff member are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! It's a pleasant trip every time I go to this store.  Definitely recommend them!

I am so impressed with the manager,. Neysa. Came in for a car battery. She was the only one working and had a slew of people needing car batteries. She was so friendly, helpful and patient. Never lost her cool. She did all the installations in the freezing cold. They're lucky to have her.

Spencer (I believe is his name) was amazing and provided excellent customer service!  I needed a new car battery and landed at the West Saint Paul store after trying 2 other Batteries+ locations (Bloomington said they had the battery but couldn’t install it and Eagan suggested I come the next day because it’d be easier if 2 people changed the battery).

To avoid more runaround, I called West Saint Paul before driving over. Spencer was very polite, confirmed that he could change the battery, and gave me a list of options/prices. When I arrived, he remembered me and got right to work.

He was the only one there and had to come back in a few times to help others. He communicated with me and I didn’t mind waiting. Even with a few interruptions, he got the battery changed in less than 30 minutes. Although it was out of my way, I’ll definitely return to this location because of the great service. Thank you so much Spencer, for putting an end to a stressful day!!

Great customer service as soon as I walked into the shop.  A tall, respectable looking fellow helped me find batteries for my Wenger Swiss Army Knife that had a flashlight in it.  He also helped me find batteries for a tactical defense pen with a flashlight function as well.  Great competent and friendly service from all of the staff.

My vehicle was having issues starting up. I called around several auto stores on South Robert Street inquiring on if they would be able to install a new battery in my car. Of all the individuals I spoke to, it was solely the gal at Batteries Plus Bulbs that sounded confident in doing so! The woman who helped me was tremendously professional and courteous. She tested my battery beforehand and confirmed that it was bad. It was a little cold outside so she insisted I wait inside while she swapped out my battery. She made short work of it and was able to replace the battery in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this store to anyone!

The manager of the store had already closed and as I pulled up I asked him a simple question can you fix this.
My phone was broken the previous night and I needed a Sim card holder for a back up 6S+   After going to multiple stores I pulled into batteries plus West St Paul and the manager yelled “we are closed”. I asked a simple question; “All I’m looking for is this little simple piece”. Within two minutes he helped his final customer and solve my problem. To top it all off, he didn’t charge me.
He single-handedly saved my entire night, possibly my week because I DoorDash and without a phone I am screwed.
If I had the power I would give this man a medal, he was so polite professional and his multitasking was amazing shutting the store down, helping his final customers, balancing in the till and fixing my phone all the same time. If this man ever reads this review I would love to take him out for a drink because what an amazing person and professional he was.

After waiting 10 weeks to get a battery installed in my phone (see original review, below), I got the phone back and found that it was now only useable if it was on hands-free speaker.  I called the store and the NEW Manager, Ryah, told me to bring the phone back and they would look at it.  The incredible technician in the fix-it area of the store (Neesa?) spent hours going through every single component on my phone, ordered all new parts and repaired my phone quickly and perfectly -- it sounds better now than it ever has.  And I wasn't charged anything!  My sincere Thank You and appreciation for the kindness, quality work and excellent customer service I received from Ryah and Neesa!!  They restored my faith and I will continue to be a customer at the West St. Paul Batteries+!

I ordered, and paid for, a battery for my Google Pixel XL cellphone on September 24th, and was told at that time that it would be there in one week.  I called the store 2 weeks later and was told it would be another week.  I again called 2 weeks later as I had not heard from the store; this continued through October and November.  I FINALLY got my battery installed today (December 3!) after waiting for 10 weeks, visiting the store 9 times and making countless, unreturned phone calls.  This is, by far, the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced and I would caution others to avoid Batteries+ at all costs!  Terrible business!
