  Excellent service. Initially started out thinking I needed a new screen on my iPhone. The technician explained thoroughly what he would do and the time needed. As I left the store he quickly came outside to let me know that after he removed the protective screen he did not think I needed a new phone screen, just the protective one. I was thrilled and it saved me a ton of money. Thanks so much!

  Not very often do you find good business practice like Batteries Plus provided me today. Went in to ask about a key fob I got cut and programmed, to see if there was a different style since there was a small gap where the fob pressed together. It turned out to be the style of the fob and was all they carried. It was no big deal to me, it wasnt far from the stock key. But without me asking or prompting a fix from them, the manager proceeded to refund me my programming fee just to help me find a solution. All on his own. Never had to ask or expected anything. Very happy with their business. Would definitely recommend.

  Took my iPad Air 2 into get a new battery. They were pleasant and friendly. However in the process the screen was broken. They replaced it no charge. That was good, they also gave me a discount on the battery for waiting about 2 weeks plus and many calls to them but they failed to call me back several times. Wont give me any thing for keeping the cheaper screen. I If I broke my screen that would be different. I offered to pay full price on the battery. I got a $50 discount plus I would pay $50 more to help replace the screen. To a better screen not apple screen. That was a no. (The policy is to only replace the screen with the parts they sell, even if THEY BRAKE IT.) So I offered to buy some batteries for my equipment if they give me a discount to help replace the screen to apple quality, Nothing yet been a bought 2 weeks. These equipment batteries are not cheap. 2-400$ range Now I have a lesser quality screen and they don't care to call back with a way to help. Even with me offering to pay part of it. How many people would offer to pay part of it? Don't get me wrong, the screen works ok the light sensor not as so good either. The replacement screen takes me back to the colors and clarity of the iPad2. The staff was still easy to talk to. 3-9-2021 Got a reply to call Mike the store manger. Why? I am waiting for Mike or someone to call me with a solution. But I am not holding my breath.
