  It gives me great pleasure to sing the praises of Bryan Munson on a cold Monday morning after he rescued me from a lock out. I had been doing other-than-the usual, got distracted and locked myself out of the house. The most welcome response from a phone call was, "...yes, Bryan can be there in a few minutes." So, Bryan finessed his way into a lock he'd previously installed and let me in. As on other occasions, he was courteous, thorough and completely knowledgeable. I couldn't have been more appreciative and impressed. He saved me a lot of angst and I will always remember his skill and thoughtfulness. And, of course, I will always call on Armored Knights for all things locksmith.

  I lost my uhaul key. Uhaul hooked me up with Armored Knight locksmiths. Their staff is courteous and made sure that I had the correct key by night time in order to return my U-Haul the next morning. Above and beyond service. Very pleased with the friendly Service and great conversation. 🥰 And met a super adorable puppy. ❤️

  If you’re trying to go into the office for something don’t bother. I went every day for three days at different times (all well within their posted open hours) and each time there was a sign on the window saying they were gone. I finally called and asked if I needed to make an appointment and explained that I’d been there every day at different times and the guy was really rude.

  As far as the hours Kayla, unfortunately you have identified a valid concern. We are one person down and definitely going through growing pains. Fortunately the vast majority of the time the office is open 9-6 M-Th and 9-3 Fridays which is significantly longer than any other locksmith shop I am aware of. We even do our best to stagger our lunch breaks to keep the office accommodating. Unfortunately with our increasing workload there are times where we are both out of the office and serving our customers. When this happens we do post a sign on the door asking our customers to call for an updated return time to the shop. Rudeness, however, is something I will not ever tolerate and pains me to think that this may have happened at our shop. Fortunately a quick look at our over 100 near perfect review history would indicate that if this did happen somebody was having an very uncharacteristically bad day. God bless :-), Bryan
