I am 75 and somewhat disabled as I am recovering from recent back surgery. I chose to buy a replacement battery from Batteries + Bulbs, Terre Haute, because they offered free installation. I purchased online, scheduled Installation online, and received excellent service. It would have been difficult to replace the battery myself, and I sincerely appreciate the efficient and friendly service I received. A 10 in my book, and thank you.

I needed two special batteries for a security system (backup power supply). Called the local store. I was informed that they had the batteries in stock. Very good customer service on the phone and in-person when I picked up the batteries. I thought the price of the batteries was more than reasonable. I was also some what amazed at all the batteries and service they provide.

On 10/22/21 I was visiting Terre Haute and my cell phone "died". I took the phone to the local Verizon Store and was told the most likely issue was my battery and it could be replaced. The manager at the Verizon store recommended we go to this location for the new battery. When we arrived I told Cory the problem, he checked his inventory and ensured he had the correct battery and offered to a replacement in about an hour. However Cory then went further and asked what type of charger I was using. I informed him it was a standard charger. Cory then took my phone to the back and attached it to a fast charger, and the phone began charging. Cory informed me that the issue was not the phone, I just needed a fast charger. He could have replaced the battery, however he went the extra step and saved me $$$. Thank you sir.
