I went to the Apple Valley location to get a blank key cut and programmed for my car and apparently they couldn't cut it. I came to the Eagan location right after leaving there, explained what happened, and they pretty much saved the day. The awesome worker(didn't get his name) not only cut and programmed the one I initially tried at Apple Valley but I brought an extra just in case and he cut and programmed that one basically for free. I don't leave reviews for places at all but the service here was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Doug (not sure if the that’s spelled right) was one of the knowledgeable and professional people I’ve ever met he helped me get my key fob and remote start in working order all in under 30 seconds I was amazed at the efficiency he provided me answering questions about LED strips and outside lighting too! he even let me try out this really cool flashlight I’ll defiantly be back soon and be sure to search for Doug !

Poorly organized operations. Called me in even whenthey didn't have the part. During second visit,  they didn't have the right instructions. 3rd rescheduled visit, they overbooked me with a walk in. Most of the time, one of two agents were just sitting in the back chatting. Terrible customer service and poor organization.

I was distraught when I dropped my phone and thought I'd have to pay it off and get a new one but I was able to get it fixed here in no time! My phone was fixed expertly and in a timely manner!! The repair guy was super nice and calming and seemed to have my best interest in mind the entire time.

I have been looking for a place to get a new car battery for about 2 weeks. My hybrid takes a specific type of battery that is way more expensive than average,  and most places didn't want to touch trying to install it and the mechanics all wanted about $150 bucks just to install the thing.

Brian, the manager there, not only was willing to install the battery for about $20. He found another battery that cost less and has a better warranty than the one I was looking at. Not only did he install it, he said it was so easy and quick he wasn't even going to charge me. I was stunned and very grateful. I absolutely will be getting all my batteries there going forward even though I have a batteries plus closer to where I live.

Overall he saved me about $150 compared to the quotes I was getting. I couldn't be more satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY as the service was excellent. As someone at high risk for COVID-19, I also wanted to point out that everyone working was wearing a mask and they were practicing good social distancing.

Do yourself a favor and go to this location. It's further than a couple locations closer to me but this will be where I go from now on as they have earned a loyal and very grateful customer!
