  Overall a very pleasant experience. BBB locksmith was very easy to communicate with and didn't overwhelm me with calls. I explained to BBB locksmith exactly what I wanted and he gave a me reasonable quote. He was very professional, punctual, and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely recommend him.

  Very professional. Arrived on time. Was able to very quickly remove the part of a broken key from the cylinder of the lock. Explained why the key may have broken and how it may be a door problem. Price very reasonable. No high-pressured sales pitch. Excellent service. Recommend BBB locksmith Services very highly. BBB locksmith is actually the service man.

  This was the best experience ever. At 10pm I locked myself out of my office storage and I needed the contents. I called BBB locksmith, and a locksmith called me back five minutes later confirming he'd be there in fifteen minutes. Ten minutes laters and he's downstairs. Five minutes later the lock is unlocked. Super professional and really nice guy. The fee was reasonable too, especially for an after hours call .
