Good battery store.  I have shopped here many times,  they always have the battery in looking for.  Courteous staff and good selection.

I have purchased several batteries from them and i am very satisfied. great customer service. Last time i inquired about cell phone repair and the attendant, a very nice young guy, offered to quick troubleshoot my phone and came out with a very simple solution to my issue. You might find cheaper batteries online but you know at batteries plus you are getting a great working product with great service.

The guys at the store were great! I bought a replacement battery for my cell phone online and went in to go pick it up. I thought I was just going to get it and walk out, but they installed it for me, went over a few differences between the original battery and the new one, made sure I had all of the receipt paperwork in case I had any problems and had to return it later. They were very friendly and helpful, and the difference in my phone is like night and day. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make this purchase.

I scheduled my appointment primarily for two factors; one because I saw an advertisement on Instagram that offered a discount plus the major added convenience of store location as well as appointment time availability. Going to a big box store or major branded facility that really be a hassle and an inconvenience due to high volume of traffic/business. The down home feel of the store was inviting and comfortable.

I made an appointment on line to replace the back glass of my phone. Within minutes of making the appointment I was called to confirm and to let me know the part needed to be ordered. The part was ordered and another appointment was made.  When I went in for my appointment, I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to do the work. The reason it was so long is because the glue that holds the glass needed to cure. Exactly 1 1/2 hours later I went back to the store and it was ready. Make and appointment on line and get a $10 off coupon.
