I have a car battery in a very very very hard to reach location in the trunk (Camaro). The auto parts store said they could not install it, so I decided to try B+B before going to a mechanic. They were friendly and up for the challenge - I felt so bad about the level of difficulty, but they kept thanking ME for my patience. They were very friendly and helpful!

Would definitely recommend this Batteries Plus location. I got a quality Duracell battery for my SUV at a reasonable price, locally, without having to drive all the way in to Raleigh. The guys working were friendly, helpful, and efficient. It only took about 15 minutes for them to install the battery (free installation) and I was back on the road as good as new. I was also able to pick up a small cell type battery that I needed while I waited - the sales associate knew exactly where to find it so I didn't have to rummage around hunting for it, and I was surprised to see that it was cheaper than at Walmart (where it's been out of stock for a month anyway). Exceeded my expectations all around.

Stopped in the Batteries plus store in knighdale to purchase batteries for my 89 year old fathers golf cart. He thought he needed 6 volt instead of 8 volt. Robby and the staff at the store were so helpful, no issues with switching the batteries out for the 8 volt. I was really impressed with the customer service. I will purchase all of my batteries from them going forward.
