  I had gone to four other places for a bulb for my old microwave, even the business that sold me the unit and no one carried one. I learned I had a 30 watt which was no longer available. These folks knew a 40 would be too big and recommended a 20. It fits perfectly, and I am so grateful for their help. These folks are truly experts in their field.

  Recently needed my battery changed in my iPad. I tried to go to the cities and stop in at the apple store to do this. After waiting 30 minutes in a store that was a mad house I left. I don't have time for this and I don't live in the cities.... So I started to research who else could do this. When I saw Batteries Plus did this service at a very reasonable price I quickly booked an online appointment. I have done a lot of business with them in the past. Changing batteries on my car fabs, keyless entries for my car, remote car starters and just picking up unique battery sizes. They employee a diverse group, or are willing to give everyone a chance. I was so happy to hear this many years ago. So I have been a long time customer. When I brought my iPad in I found out I got a $10 off coupon for booking online. I didn't even know this! The clerk was so honest in giving me something I didn't know I could get. My iPad got done the same day and is working like new. Great customer service. Great price. I avoided the apple store. And I could get it fixed in Rochester. I highly recommend them. I see now they carry a great supply of light bulbs! I haven't got out much in the pandemic. So I recommend them for this as well. Please support local. Great customer service. And as I said Honest. Fast service!

  Used to love this store but not after my experience there today. I bought 4 small button batteries there yesterday. Today when i opened one of the batteries, it came out bent in half and crushed flat on one edge. I grabbed my receipt and the battery and went back to the store to exchange it. Once in the store, the explorer helping me pretty much accused me of being the one who damaged the battery, saying nothing in their store could have done it. He kept saying it the whole time i was there and grudgingly gave me a new battery. He was not friendly at all. I will probably just buy these batteries from Amazon after this experience.
