One day they started my car so many times the battery failed. They finally got it after many weeks and attempts. I will never be back at either location for anything.

I love this place.  This place is not corporate owned and they won me over with customer service. Friendly faces and very knowledgeable. I have an electric apu on my semi. I've had nothing but problems with batteries since I bought it. Chris and the guys here are amazing. They sold me 8 batteries for my truck and let me use their tools to install them on my truck. Yes it cost me $2200 dollars for batteries but I went from having my ac run for 3 hours before my batteries were dead. To now its well over 15 hours before they are getting low.

Best place for replacement of batteries for your car key remote.  They will test the battery and let you know if good or weak, and needs replacement.  Inexpensive when you compare with auto dealerships.  Highly recommend.

Took my galaxy s7 in with damaged screen, could not open. Was told by manager it needed a new cover and the back should be replaced and it would be a working phone again. When I returned almost a week later was told now it needed a new battery (+$35). They ran the bill up to $273.97, but it appeared to work. Took it to phone provider and had most all my photos and personal data and apps transferred to a new phone. Battery kept running down, I kept charging it and this went on until the phone would not come on even with 100% charge. Took it back to Shawnee store to see the manager but had to deal with 3 young guys who offered  no help and told me "we it was broke when you brought  kit in. Accused me of being rude when I asked for my money back. Some  service!

John, As noted, the device arrived at our business in a non-functioning state. Services were provided on the device, and it was restored to functional use (as indicated by the ability to transfer all data to a different device). A concern with performance was brought to our attention, with a follow up demand for a full refund - as warranty coverage would not apply, and due to the nature and language of the demand, no further services were rendered. Thank you.
