  Would leave zero stars if I could. My wife called to see if we could have a motorcycle key copied and a car fob programmed. She could not understand the guy who answered the phone and he was short with her. Said they don't do motorcycle keys and couldn't answer our question about programming a fob... Has to have a technician call us back. How can someone answering the phones for a company not know the information about their own business? Pretty simple and straightforward questions. The "Technician" called back and gave us a price for the fob and my wife said she needs to talk to her husband and he just hung up on her. Moving on to someone else. If you want good customer service stay away from this company!

  It was great. We needed to make a few keys and seen the kiosk in the window as we were entering Target. The machine was easy to use and within about 5 minutes or so we had three extra keys made. We tried them all as quickly as we could and they worked perfectly. Also saw that you could save and pull it back up when needed for future use. We will use this again.

  24 hour what a joke, its a 24 hour anwsering service that can't do anything until someone else calls back, but to call back they want all you private info.
