  This store saves you time and money. The employees are well versed and offer exceptional service. I skip the big box stores when I need service because that's not what they offer...Batteries and Bulbs has it in stock and the staff knows the products. That's invaluably helpful if you might not.

  I had an appointment scheduled to repair my phone screen. When I arrived, I was greeted and then the guy answered the store phone that started ringing. It was only a few minutes but it was frustrating that a phone call got priority over a paying customer wanting to drop their phone of for a scheduled appointment - especially since there were two other employees in back. It was for nothing though as they are unable to fix your phone without your SIM card or passwords to log into the phone. I have a spare phone and kept my SIM for it as I need my phone for work. I also have the responsibility to keep the data on my phone secure, so just handing out my password is unacceptable. The option to check the phone functionality at drop off and at pickup was not offered and I ended up leaving frustrated. Maybe in the future they can have processes in place for those of us who need that level of security.

  Greg, As our technicians are WISE certified, and our store is a Samsung Independent Service Provider, we follow all protocols outlined by Samsung, which requires the phone to be unlocked in order to test for functionality.
