They contacted me immediately, happened to be open on their day off, and cut and programmed my replacement key fob in about half an hour. Also deleted the old missing keyset from the PCM. Saved me over $100 what the dealership wanted. Quick, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had my ONLY key to my RV travel trailer snap in two: half on my key ring, the other half in the lock.  After I managed to get the missing half out of the lock bore, I ran it over to both Home Depot & Lowes...

NOPE!!   And I called around to a # of hardware stores, too.   It seems that EVERYONE who's NOT an actual LOCKSMITH    has the new laser-reading-3D-whatever-it-isautomatic key-cutting machines which, try after try even in person, just COULD NOT COPY MY WEE BROKEN KEY.😡

I CALLED UP AL'S AND THEY SAID, "SURE! THEY COULD DO IT. BRING IT IN! AS LONG AS IT'S A CLEAN SNAP..."   AND IT WAS, SO I DID!

I BROUGHT IT IN THEY DID THAT AND SEVERAL OTHER KEYS FOR ME W/O A SINGLE ISSUE OR PROBLEM, EVEN SHOWES/EXPLAINED HOW TO GET MY LOCK BORE BACK IN THE RV's FRONT DOOR!! 😁 AND I WAS OUT OF THERE IN PROBABLY 5 MINUTES.

I own a Ford Fiesta that requires replacement keys to be made at the Ford dealership. Both of my keys were broken and to have them replaced at the Ford dealership would cost $250 each and require a service appointment, which was not available until April 29. I called ALS LOCKSMITH and spoke with Ben.Ben explained how I could still use the broken key to drive to the shop. At the shop, Ben was able to replace both broken keys for only $25 for each key.  He was able to do that in less then 30 minutes. Ben was very aware of my need to replace my keys, but not for $250 per key. He was able to make me replacement keys that didn't completely bust my monthly budget.  I am very grateful.
