  I walked into the Stockbridge store on Saturday, was greeted immediately. Awesome! The guy at the counter to the right helped me, replaced the battery for my car remote. Done in less than 5 mins. I’m a loyal customer at this location, my iPhone battery and cracked face were both replaced here. The employees are always professional, personable and fast. Never had an issue here, I Highly Recommend this location. Kudos to this crew🙏🏽

  It's clear to me now you guys are ignoring the issue. I spent over $100 for battery on my Ipad Pro . IPad is ruined and you guys are ignoring it. I was given a case number 1906908 on NOV 25th by Crystal at customer service and told me area manager"Darla" will be in contact. it's DEC 8th and still no one has yet reached out to me

  This is the go to place if you need batteries, bulbs, etc. Go to their website to see all they offer. They have more then just batteries and they repair phones as well. You won't find better pricing or customer service.
