Called MinuteKey to have the bottom lock of my front door unlocked. I was originally informed of a $20 services fee and another $20 or so to assess the situation. "The technician will tell you the final price." The technician came out in 15 minutes and did a wonderful job. This company does not deserve even one star. The customer service is TERRIBLE and the staff is VERY RUDE! After calling to further inquire about the total price that came out to 140 dollars, I was hung up on multiple times, or told that I would be transferred. The technician told me straight up, the company knows the final price but won't tell you because they don't want you to call for better pricing. Don't not use this company. You'd be better locked out of your home or car.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a rip off. Called a locksmith to unlock my front door (the bottom lock). When initially called, the assistant says there was a $15.00 travel fee and a $20 service fee for the service. After the technician arrives, he immediately unlocks the door but then tells me the labor and fee are now $140.00 (which was not told to me on the phone or at the start of the services). After trying to get in touch with the company (I called more than 10 times) and also asked for a supervisor or manager to speak to and they continued to answer and then hang up in my face. You don't treat people like that!
