Never buy a Battery at Battery Plus . They will go to extreme measures to deny the Warranty .They will keep the Battery overnight to check it again. So you will be without a Car for 2 days and have to make 2 trips out there .Oriel y ,Napa and everyone else will honor the Warranty on the spot.I have bought 2 Car batteries from them both went bad and Warranty denied.

Completely unprofessional. Had a table screen replaced, to begin with was quoted the wrong price twice and ended up being $50 more in store once I got there. Didn’t receive a call when it was completed, once I got there to pick up the table it had lines and hazing in the screen they just replaced also tool marks and scratches all the way around my tablet that were not there when I dropped it off. Left it there for the manager to look at the following day. The manager called me the next morning stating nothing was wrong it and come pick it up. Went the following day to pick up tablet for the 2nd time and the manager Matthew Nelson was completely unprofessional and rude to me and my girlfriend while we were there. He brushed off every problem I had with my experience and even talked down on his own employees who work there that had helped us previously. Will never return and or our company to do business with them. Left a message with corporate and awaiting to hear back.

According to store records, a factory reset device was presented to our team - this device was non-functioning and unable to be tested. A quote for services was provided, and acknowledged prior to work. Our store management would gladly speak directly regarding any questions on the work performed. Please call at your convenience. Very helpful and honest they could have charged me for a battery that I thought was dead but they showed me it was not the battery but my watch that it was broken
