  I could not have asked for a better experience. From the ease of scheduling online to the finished (fixed) result—-I am impressed. Kendall was knowledgeable, courteous & professional. He was able to repair my phone to as good as new.

  I highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs in California, MD. Greeted with a smile from both Patty and Jamie, they were eager to assist me when my car battery needed replaced. I was going to pay $388 at another local location, and got a MUCH MUCH better deal at BPB. Excellent customer service by the both of them. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend that store and be sure to ask for Patty as she will be there to assist you!

  Kendall was the man who helped me. Friendly and great service. Best part was I was there for a replacement camera on my daughters iPhone that she had broke. She dropped her phone at school and the camera stopped working. So I ordered the part and when Kendall went to put it in he informed me that he had good news. That the camera just came unhooked. He fixed it for me and my bill was 0. Some people would of lied and said they replaced it but not this guy. Thanks again!!
