  We just moved to a new home and I called last month, a week before Christmas to change our locks. The owner ( I believe is Phil) return my call immediately! He changed more locks than anticipated and even changed a handset at no charge. The price was up front and fair! I trusted his expertise, as he changed all the tumblers to my new keys and cut a key for our storm door! Thanks again, for your professional, expert and exceptional service in times like these where Customer service is not always achieved.

  Need a Locksmith? Call Rawlings! I spoke with Phil on a Saturday and he was over at my house in a couple of hours. He was personable, professional, had a great sense of humor, and definitely knew his craft. Great up front pricing too. I know some people feel uncomfortable having strangers in their home, but I think everyone would be very comfortable with Phil. Highly recommended!
