  Store agents were very helpful and nice. They replaced my phone battery and screen protector quickly and my phone was in tip top shape! I was able to make an appoint for my repair online for the same day and I received a coupon for $10 off! I would highly recommend Batteries+Bulbs for all your phone repair needs. :)

All the employees have been knowledgeable and friendly in their service. There is no wait — walk in with a need, walk out with a solution!!   I dropped my phone and the whole screen shattered. Took it here they told me they could replace the screen in 3 hours. So I left it with them. 3 hours later they called my landline and said it was ready for pick up. I paid the reasonable fee, picked up my phone & it works like a champ with no problems. Also really friendly workers. A++
