  Lucas Patton was terrific - responsive, knowledgeable and polite. Sometimes you find out the true measure of service when something goes wrong. Our new doorknob was touching the doorknob of the screen door which caused the deadbolt not to turn completely. A quick text to Lucas and he circled right back to diagnosis the situation and quickly correct it. Such a prince - now my go-to lock guy.

  Scheduling was simple. Once on site, they were outstanding! From their knowledge of the trade and their approach and recommendations, to the completion of the job. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous...exactly what we had expected.

  I have used Baltimore Lock at two different houses and have been impressed with the technicians' knowledge and professionalism each time. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and suggest creative solutions when a standard fix on a 100-year old house isn't feasible. Definitely recommend.
