  I called them to move two safes. I gave them the makes, models, and dimensions and told them which one was upstairs and which one was downstairs. They asked me how much they weighed. I did not know but remarked they are in the business and I’m sure could look them up. The men arrived and moved one safe and said they didn’t have the “equipment “ needed to move the upstairs safe. I called the main office and asked to speak to someone about this. I left my name and number. They didn’t return my call. I called again later that week and the man refused to take responsibility saying I “must have giving him the wrong information” because he “wrote it down”. I then called another company (Safe Movers). They arrived the next day and easily moved the remaining safe easily and at a much lower price than Baker’s. I suggest calling a safe moving company that has all the equipment needed to move safes, does it promptly, and at a fair price.

  My name is Thanh Le. I came from Massachusetts and I was over joys by the helps from Dylan who instructed me how to take out the lock cylinder from our shop's door. After giving him the old cylinder which the previous locksmith does not make anymore. He was able to give me a new cylinder with five (5) keys 🔑 FREE OF CHARGE.. Thank you verymuch!

  I calld thm to see if they can replace lock on my gate , Tec was sent to give me a quote and see if they can do it , The Tec. did arive on time after looking at the gate i was tald that sure they can do it and was given ruff estimate i said sure and asked if that can be done that day and was tald that yes he just need to pick up the new lock AND THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I HEARD FROM THEM ( 1.5 weeks ago ) i calld again was tald that will get estemate again in the email and nothing happend again .
