  Called at 6:10 am to request somebody drive to lindsborg to help me get into my car. Person who answered said that since I was the first person to call today that it might be a little bit and asked me when I needed to get in my car. I said within a couple of hours is preferable and he said no problem. No contact until I called back at 8:00 am. Person who answered the phone said they were about ready and would be on their way within an hour. So I waited till 9:00 am to call them back and no answer, called again, no answer. After 15 minutes I called again. No answer. So I left a voicemail telling them I found somebody else finally.

  Just had a spare key fab made for my 2018 Ford Taurus. Ben met me in Abilene, Ks on a Saturday and was done within a half hour. Since it was a weekend I didn’t have to take time off of work. He was very courteous, polite and informative. A great guy! I highly recommend their services!!
