Called at 6:10 am to request somebody drive to lindsborg to help me get into my car. Person who answered said that since I was the first person to call today that it might be a little bit and asked me when I needed to get in my car. I said within a couple of hours is preferable and he said no problem. No contact until I called back at 8:00 am. Person who answered the phone said they were about ready and would be on their way within an hour. So I waited till 9:00 am to call them back and no answer, called again, no answer.  After 15 minutes I called again. No answer. So I left a voicemail telling them I found somebody else in McPherson to do it. Would have been a nice check for ya, too. Too bad. I'm a nice and patient person, but this is ridiculous... 3 + hours on an emergency basis? I understand you have to travel, but that's the job. Charge me for the miles, whatever man!

I called them because I had accidentally locked my keys in my car for the first time in over 10 years owning this car.
A nice young man showed up to open my car. He said the guy who called him told him the wrong place to go & he had to figure it out.
I needed to turn in a receipt to my insurance company for a refund. I contacted the company, and the owner told me he would send me a receipt. 2 days go by, and no receipt. I told him I really needed a receipt. No reply. I then got mad & told him I really needed that receipt, & he told me to get ahold of the guy who helped me, he was not his employee. I mentioned that he had told me he'd send me a receipt, and ,yes, I got kind of rude.
He again said to get ahold of the guy who unlocked my car.
This is a simple request. It should not be this hard.

I called to get a new key for my car at 730 and they said I couldn’t be helped until 4 the next day. This is supposed to be an emergency and 24/7 hour service.
Then tried to quote me $400 for a 2012 Chevy impala.
Then when i looked up the pricing on average how much key replacements should be, it’s normally 75-200 bucks.
Total price gouging

Absolutely the best!  No one within 100 miles was willing to help us get a lost key replaced.  We were 970 miles away from home and needed a car key to continue home.  No one, not even the Acura dealers could help, but Automotive Locksmith in Salina traveled over an hour to reach us and had us up and going in less than 30 min for an extremely reasonable price.  Thank you for rescuing us!!

I was blown away by their service! Excellent communication, fast, and professional. Most locksmiths service would stop there but not them. He asked questions on why I couldn’t use my keypad. He then came back the next day and helped me recover my keypad code for no additional cost. I will never be in this situation again. Very thankful!
