  Called them out to make a new key for my car and they had the next available tech out. His equipment broke and he never contacted me after he came out. Called again, and they had another tech come out the following day. She finished by 11:30 pm, and it was agreed that she would stop out the next day to deliver the key and take payment. It took 2 weeks, and someone else to call them, for the tech to come out to replace the key ignition and key, and take payment. After the first week, it would seem that my calls were blocked by both Auto Locksmith, and the service tech. Also, no one here has a working voicemail box. Overall, find a different place to get a new car key made. Pay the extra money and take the vehicle to a dealership. The amount of time wasted on this company, I would have rather spent the extra $100 going elsewhere.

  the key fob for my van suddenly stopped working. He came out the next day and within minutes I had a new key and he gave me a discount on a second one. Highly recommend. very friendly, professional and responsive
