I purchased some cleaning supplies, the shelves were filthy and dusty. One of the caps was not on tight and leaked allover the car. I noticed many items in store were expired.  I purchased a push lawnmower, that did not work. When I returned it, they would not give a discounted refund or store credit.!! They said they stand by there products, which is untrue.  I am a paying customer and a senior citizen. This type of treatment is grossly unprofessional.

This is a great place to get odds and ends to fix anything. Ryan has the best customer service I've ever seen. I'd do business here any day

I bought a snow blower last year right before the big snow I used it to clear a family members driveway and I used it on my driveway when I cleared out my driveway the pulley that turns the belt for the auger broke I took the snow blower in to get repaired after 5 months it still wasn't done so I went down there and I told them I want my money back because it was under warranty the manager gives me a low ball offer of $300 less than what I paid for it I told him no fix it and I'll take it when it gets done

NOT ONLY DID HE FIX IT HE TURNED AROUND AND SOLD IT HE STOLE MY SNOWBLOWER AND SOLD IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I NEVER AGREED TO TAKE THAT KIND OF A LOSS MARTIN'S RELIABLE TRUE VALUE HARDWARE ARE THIEVES BECAUSE THEY'RE REFUSING TO PAY ME MY MONEY NOW..... I will I want a full refund or a brand new machine because I gave them back a brand new machine that was only used for one snowfall and agreed to take $300 loss when it was under warranty .

Great store for so many items. Probably the best Stihl dealer and service around. I have had many items repaired properly and quickly without and issues.

By far the the worst experience I've ever had at at an Ace occurred today at this Martens store. Incompetent and rude do not go far enough to describe the horrible service i was treated to. Should change the jingle to  "Ace is the place with the idiot hardware men." With these clowns in charge I'm sure internet sales will continue to grow.

This isn't a hardware store, it's a "What Not" shop. They fixed my vintage Stihl chainsaw that I thought was dead forever. '72 runs like new. So impressed with this place.

Always great.  You get expert advise and they always seem to have products that you can't find anywhere else.

Just along for the ride, but my friend has been a happy, satisfied customer for a few years.
