  I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked if I needed help finding something. I told him what I went there to buy, & he took me right to the item! Checking out was great, the employee ringing me up was very pleasant, he always is! I’ve never had a bad experience there at the Fitchburg MA store. All staff I’ve ever interacted with since I moved here a year ago have been wonderfully helpful & pleasant.

  The staff I meet was excellent + very understanding. I went in for two items one you had the other nope. I was looking for two 3/8-16 Steel wingnuts I believe the price was around +/-$1.60 each. The only ones in stock were stainless steel at $3.14 each. I could have tried HD or ACE. This is not the first time I have gone in and tried to get specialty fasteners. Apparently the contractor who checks the stock doesn't always fully restock all the weird stuff or because the supply chains they use is still awaiting stock. Murphy's LAW always wins.

  Always very nice and very helpful up there. Would recommend anybody going there for something if you need it in the hardware department because they're just awesome there.
