  Astro Lock and Safe was one of 2 places that answered the phone when we had no working truck key left (the others didn't call back either). I scheduled a few days in advance for expense reasons. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Eric did a great job and was so kind to me and the kids, and the transponder/ chip key was made for a lower price than we had anticipated (this was not a key copy but a brand new key because we had none and for a 2005 vehicle). Extra key was included included unlock only.. Highly recommend!

  Great experience! Phoned on a Saturday looking for help on Monday. Brandon arranged for Eric to come same day. Eric is a super guy... replaced the broken part in doorknob and solved problem with another door... each very quickly. I'll definitely reach out to Astro again with any needs... and recommend them to anyone!

  Excellent, quality, courteous. Requested service on various residential locks. Not an emergency situation. Eric, lead tech, arrived an hour later. He understood our needs. Quickly resolved all issues. Highly recommend this company.
