  I am sure my job was meaningless compared to bigger jobs. I am certain the man knows what he is doing. I was referred to him from another locksmith and was on the hunt to take care of my job. It was only a broken key to my tool box, and my garage had been burgled a few days ago. I had a broken key that I had lost the important end for. I am just wanting to make it tougher in case this happens again. I called and was asked to texts pictures of the key. Actually was headed to his place from the recommendation. He was busy and I totally understand. I felt slight and treated as a lesser thing when I was standing in his shop. I am sorry I was a bother, but I needed help and I was in front of you. My issue wasn't resolved and Google is of little help...

  Joseph was prompt and took the time to really explain the process to me when my digital keypad failed on my safe. He mentioned he had worked on over 500 Lagard locks. If your keypad fails and you are locked out of your safe, don’t panic, just call Joseph.
