  Kerry and this company were honest, diligent, and incredibly helpful. I called and he did not try to immediately demand service. I tried getting a mechanism out by his guidance. When unsuccessful, he came out same day and replaced mechanism. He was thorough and the price was beyond reasonable. So thankful for his expertise and kindness. Highly recommend Arrow Lock Shop!

  If you need a new or extra key for your vehicle or house, you need to go see Kerry at Arrow Lock Shop!! Awesome service and even met me at the shop on his day off, I definitely recommend him!! Thanks for the great experience!!

  Kerry at Arrow Lock Shop is very professional and honest. I have used him twice on the same vehicle because of malfunctioning of the original fob and the other time was lost . Both times, he has went above and beyond to help me. The first time he stayed late at his shop to help me; the second time he came to my house after hours. Thank you so much for everything Kerry. We need more businesses like yours!!!
