  This place was amazing. From the first phone call I was grateful to be connected. He actually cared for me and my frustrating situation. They made getting into my storage unit easier by connecting with the rental company to verify my ownership and then calling me when the lock was off and a new one put on. I didn't have to be the middle man. So customer friendly! When I went to the shop to pay the owner called me by name from memory, what the heck? That right there is a superior business model!! He even took the time to put my new key right on my car key chain so I might not have to see him again for a while! Great experience!! Highly recommend!!! I will definitely be calling them again for all my lock needs.

  My girl and I were at Mt. Lacrosse locked out of our vehicle. The key he failed to open the door. The man Ashton from “American lock &Key” showed up and had the door open in literally minutes! It was -13 so I’m glad we weren’t standing out there long! He was fast professional and very knowledgeable man! Super friendly and you could tell all around great guy! Glad he was the one that showed up for us! 10/10 would recommend every time! Fast friendly service with great information!

  Very friendly, professional service. They were able to create a spare flip-out key/fob for my '16 F150, and saved me $120+ over the dealership. This is the 2nd time that I've used to them and both times I've been highly impressed. Chalk up another 5 star rating for them waiting for them!
