  I will admit it was different as I'm used to having a person copy my keys, but it wasn't to bad. The machine walked me through each step and before I knew it the key was complete. I also was amazed to see if the key wasn't in stock it could be shipped to me.

  Haven't had keys copied for a long time and stumbled over the machine at Menards while shopping for other things. Process was simple and keys made quickly. Like how I now have an account too so if I need another can just order directly from the company as well.
