Mike was amazing to work with. We had an unfortunate incident with our bathroom door locking from the outside and he came over within 15 min and was able to get the issue resolved. He was also very transparent when parts had to be ordered and when they would arrive. Mike is super helpful, knowledgeable and was a pleasurer to work with. Would definitely recommend him and this company to all. 10/10

My family & I have used this company for over 7 years now, very dependable, professional and reasonable. Recently on this Christmas eve my front door lock jammed and could only lock from inside leaving an unlocked patio door for coming & going. I called them first thing on Monday and they fit me in to replace my front door lock so now no worries!. Highly recommend them.

I never write reviews but this company deserves every star and more!!!  I locked my keys in my vehicle at work this morning (this is not the first time I have done this).  In the past, I have paid upwards of $100.  When I called the gentleman showed compassion and had his technician out in just a few hours as this was not a rush.  They technician who came was so kind and professional.  And.....they only charged $45 for the lock out.  Thank you so much for turning this stressful experience into a minor inconvenience!!

I had an excellent experience.  I had a safe without a combination. They went through proper protocol to ensure that I was the owner, called the manufacture and then spent 30 minutes walking me through opening the safe and resetting the combination.  Paul was professional and patient. Then to my surprise there was no charge for his time.  I will definitely be back for any lock and key needs in the future.  Highly recommend this fine company.

I was locked out of my house. I was told on the phone that it would be around $50. The guy arrives does everything and says it’s going to be $140. I told him that is not what I was told on the phone and negotiated it down to $75. On top of that he completely ruined my doorjam! My door just barely closes. I have to get that fixed now. This company is a scam that will tell you a low price so they come out and then you’re at their mercy by the time they’re there because you’ve already been waiting to get into your house and you’re pretty much forced to pay whatever they tell you. Definitely a rip off.

If I ever need a lock smith again I will be contacting Alex Chavira from this company! Amazing customer service! He is very knowledgeable, quick, problem solver, friendly, and very easy to work with. He got us out of a huge pickle we were in at work and we will aways appreciate it.

An amazing experience from start to finish. We were in a bind and Paul was able to relieve our stress through his expertise and sense of humor. We would definitely use this shop again.
