  I honestly wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. I have been here 3 times to get a key cut. First time no one showed up. Was asked to come back in about an hour. Second time (2 hours later same day) person still didn't show up. Third and final time. There was an employee smoking outside saying that they were closed since he has to go to the VA hospital and that he is more important than me as a customer. All I needed was a key cut. It is pretty bad when Lowes/Home Depot/Menards gives better service than a small town business.

  We are really sorry you had such a hard time. We are extremely short staffed, due to a severe injury that happened to an employee. Because of this we have had extreme setbacks, and that is reflected on our website, as well as Google maps. Being a real "small town business," we don't have hundreds of employees, like the hardware stores you mentioned unfortunately. We are temporarily limited to a work force of 1. And for that we are really sorry, to have inconvenienced you in any way. We thank you, and respect your honest review, favorable or not. I will personally look back through the surveillance tapes, and pull the audio and video of the disabled veteran telling you that he is more important than you. I will go above and beyond, and post the video here to validate what you have claimed, so there is no disputing what you have claimed. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and you deserve much better than you experienced. If there is any way to make this right, for the inconveniences this has caused you, please reach out to us. This is not how we do business, as the rest of our reviews across many platforms reflect.Thank you again for your review, we hope you give us the opportunity in the future to provide you with the service you deserve.

  They came out to Harsen Island to bring me new keyfobs for my van which would not start. They came within 3 hours and saved me from having to tow the van to the dealership 20 miles away and paying more for the programming service. I was visiting from out of town and they really saved my week. Very professional, helpful and efficient. It only took 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company and Kevin and Greg! Thank you!

  Kevin and Greg are quick to respond. Greg took care of my security keypad so I can get back to work and made me a key right there on the spot so it doesn't happen again. Security and backup with a key is up and running again. Thanks Greg
