  My parents were locked out of their home and someone recommended this company. My parents were charged $300. When I called them to inquire why the amount was so high, they said the price didn't include the trip charge and another extra fee. Found out later, that other companies charge half that (even with the extra fees). Also, the technician took longer to get to my parents home then he had said... Annnnnd, when I had called them to inquire, they were very rude to me over the phone.

  Fiance called, they got here within the hour as promised. Very professional, put everything back the right way. Don't waist your money at a dealer reprogramming car keys. they did 2 keys for 50$! They were fast getting job as well. Any other lock problems we have, we will be giving our business to them!

  My husband was warming his truck and the doors locked. I called Pop-A-Lock and within 20 mins someone was there to open my husband's truck. Timely and very nice. We had movie tickets and we even made our movie just a few minutes late. Saved the day thank you again.
