  Daniel was exceptionally accommodating and offered a very reasonable rate to grind off a lock on my storage unit after I lost my key. Despite a full schedule, he was willing to meet me within 24 hours after wrapping up another job. As it turned out, a friend with the right tool offered their help and Daniel and I did not meet... I did save his number!

  We used Alpha Lock and Key to install locks and handles on every door in our Boutique Hotel. They offered us several options at all different levels of technology and price point and turned out to be the best value among everyone who gave us estimates. They actually showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a single day. Daniel and Louis were incredibly professional while being friendly and knowledgeable. The products they offer are high quality, name brand pieces. We have used them for a number of small jobs since then and they always fit us into the schedule and show up on time. I highly recommend them for all of your locksmith needs.

  Locked my keys in the safe! Not only did they have a new master key ordered within minutes of my call but they were able to explain how to override the digital key pad to gain entry. They also didn’t insist on coming to my house and charging me for their visit when they knew they could walk me through it over the phone. Great service would be an understatement.
